Warmed Up!

What a fabulous night it was for the BVA and SVH Spring dance. We were joined by some nearby sister clubs who honored us with some great performances. A big shout out to the Edelweiss Schuhplattlers of the Utica Männerchor, SGTV Edelweiss Buffalo, G.E.T.V Alpenrösl and the United German Hungarians who were each represented! If you missed it this year, make plans to join us next year.

Next up the dancers will be at Faircraft Brauhaus on May 23rd in support of the Mary Cariola Center of Rochester and at Genesee Country Musuem on May 29th for their "History on Tap" event.

Then, we start June off with the Rochester Touristen Verein's 94th German Festival on June 14th at their site in Lima, NY. The fantastic Polka Boyz will be providing the music; so, come out and enjoy some great German food, beer and dancing! They even have vintage VWs and Porsches out on display as you walk in (so cool!).
